Terms and Conditions

Bookings are for the entire cabin .

This is a private cabin with no connection to Trawsfynydd Holiday Village Limited .

All communication must be via the contact details provided.

Key entry is via a key pad with an entry code (sent around 8 days prior to your holiday).

We give you free access to our private wifi . this is normally excellent but if issues arise out of our control we cannot be held responsible.

Please replace the key on your exit.

We do not charge for accidental damage of items but please let us know so that future guests can be accommodated.

We ask for a deposit of 10% of the booking if greater than 30 days from the holiday start. (refundable if you let us know over 30 days before your holiday starts).

We ask for the balance to be paid 14 days before the holiday begins (non refundable).

if the balance is not received by that date then the booking will lapse.

We advise that you take out holiday insurance to cover you if you have to cancel .

We make every effort to supply you with the holiday but if we have to cancel due to unforseen circumstances we cannot accept any claims including consequential costs .

We would however , return any monies paid and help you find alternative accommodation.

If any issues arise we ask to be informed promptly so that we may have an opportunity for rectifiation.

We allow you free access to our private wifi system and electricty, water, however all services are subject to disruption which we cannot be held responsible for.

Our cabin is located on the National Park and subject to their planning rules.

Disposable BBQ’s are not allowed anywhere on the National Park.

Please be mindful when using the chimnea/bbq and douse all hot coals before bed. Buckets are provided for empty waste.

Please bag all rubbish and place in the bin compound located off the main road at the village entry point.

Children should be supervised in the gardens.

Hammocks are available in the electric cupboard.
